I’ve been in the Recruiting industry for over 19 years and have filled over 500+ roles in that time. I value bringing a level of gratitude and authenticity to the recruitment industry. I’m an avid Cross Fit enthusiast, I’ve run 3 marathons, and love doing Spartan races. I would consider myself an infinite learner and value meaningful discussion. I love spending time with my wife Stacy and two boys (Evan and Cruz). I joined the Critical Fit Recruitment team in 2012 after working many years in the healthcare industry as a CNA. My role has progressed from a part-time position into the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience. I wear many hats but I primarily oversee marketing efforts, internal support for the recruiting team and closely working with candidates and clients to ensure smooth interviewing processes. I use my experiences of helping people by providing great customer service and continue to support our client/candidate relationships. I am based out of our Chicago office and enjoy yoga, traveling with my husband, Ken, and spending time with my children and grandchildren.

After 20 years of Retail Banking and Restaurant Management, the Critical Fit Recruiting team is where I finally found a “home”.  My deep understanding of multiple businesses and experience in human resources made becoming a recruiter a welcome and exciting challenge.  Interviewing in any capacity is my true passion, I have done biographical interviews with multiple Pro Wrestling personalities, former Olympians and multiple business owners.  My position as a recruiter allows me to connect with candidates and hear their passions in a way that allows me to help connect them with careers which is in my opinion an awesome way to spend my day.   When I’m not speaking with clients and candidates, I’m playing with my 5 dogs or as a recent transplant from the New England area, I spend quite a bit of time on a boat soaking in the sun on the lake.
